    Just to let you guys know we had our recuritment on last thursday and fri and guess what, we had 73 new members for the upcoming year! Whoa!

    Aniway, just to let you ppl know that on this upcoming wednesday will be our welcome tea for our year 1s. We will be highlighting to them on the upcoming programmes for the year 2008/2009! So be sure to book a timeslot in your schedule to come and visit us on this special day! Details are as follows.

    Time: 4-6pm

    Venue: LT H1 (its a nursing block in case you are wondering.)

    Hey what's up primers! Is everyone spending their holidays well? I'm here to inform you guys on one of the major upcoming event. That is....CLUB CRAWL. Yes it's time to recurit new fresh blood into the primers family and groom them to be better leaders of tomorrow! But to do that, we need everybody's help on the recuirtment.

    Therefore, please tell me if you are avaliable on the club crawl day itself! Also indicate the shift you want to do during the days. Here's the detail for the event.You can either tag it on the tagboard or email me at my email at oink884@gmail.com.

    Event: Club crawl 2008

    Date: 17 and 18 April 2008 (Thurs and Fri)

    Time: 11am-5pm

    Attire: BB Primer polo tee and jeans

    The shift is allocated into 2 time slot. First shift starts at 11am to 2.30pm while the second shift is from 2.30pm to 5pm. It is advisable to come in half an hour before your shift starting time to received a short briefing.

    Please also note to choose the shift to suit your time table. If you have intention to help full day, do inform me in advance so that I can help you guys obtain excuse letter. Provide me with your name, admin no and the school you study in.

    Night Cycling

    Hey guys! Are you guys ready to do some cycling in the night and enjoy the various night scenery in Singapore? Now here's the chance! Join us on this upcoming event of Night Cycling on 29 Febuary! Details are as follows.

    Date: 29/2/2008

    Time: 7.30pm(For those who want to meeet for Dinner)/ 8.30pm (registration begins)

    Venue: East Coast Mac

    Attire: Casual (Do note to wear bright colour tops such as white or yellow!)

    Please note that this night cycling is an overnight trip until the next morning so be sure to inform your parents/guardians that you will not be going home rite! Do email Chin Boon(91703342) or Jun Ming(97338927) if unsure of direction on that day

    Project Smile

    Dear all,

    NYP Primers is starting Project Smile.

    Project Smile is a community project whereby people learn magic and perform for the needy such as hospitals and nursing homes.

    It builds confidence and learn communication skills which are useful in our everyday interactions.

    Event: Project Smile
    Dates: 15, 22, 29 Mar, 4 (class party), 12 Apr 2008 (Community service)
    Time: 930am to 1230pm
    Cost: $100 before subsidy ($80 after subsidy)
    Venue: NYP

    Payment Scheme:
    1. $50 on registration
    2. the remainder of $30 would be the last session Project Smile
    3. $20 funded by NYP(Primers)
    4. Special cases will be consider on case-on-case basis

    The reason why it cost as such is because you get to keep the props as well.

    I've gone through the Project before and find it very enjoyable.
